Luis Antonio Montenegro joined O’Farrell in 2015 and is a member of the Labor Law Department.
His practice focuses on the resolution of labor disputes, whether individual or collective, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with labor unions and labor counseling in mergers and acquisitions proceedings.
He provides legal advice to companies to companies engaged in different economic activities such as automotive, power, gas, insurance, commercial air, printing, pharmaceutical and health industry. He also provides advice on the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and management of collective labor disputes
In August 2006, he completed an intense three-month internship at Baker & McKenzie Argentina with the supervision of Partner Horacio C. Soares.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). He took postgraduate courses in the Universidad Católica Argentina, including a postgraduate course in Professional Sports Law in 2008.
He is currently pursuing a Master´s Degree in «Derecho del trabajo y relaciones laborales internacionales» from the Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero.
