The National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) approved, through Resolution 54/2026, the incorporation of Part 77 “Objects, Installations, and Activities that may adversely affect the safety or regularity of air operations” into the Argentine Civil Aviation Regulations (RAAC).
The measure was enacted within the framework of the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention), approved by Law 15,110, and the powers conferred on ANAC by Decree 1770/2007, with the aim of aligning national regulations with the international operational safety standards established by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
