The National Gas Regulatory Entity (ENARGAS) issued Resolution No. 778/2025, which provides for the opening of a public consultation process on the “Draft regulation of authorizations under Article 16 of Law No. 24,076 – T.O. 2025.”
The purpose of the draft is to update and replace ENARGAS Resolution No. I-910/2009 and its complementary regulations, establishing a new comprehensive regime for the processing and authorization of gas distribution system expansion works, differentiating between “Works of Magnitude” and “Works of No Magnitude.”
