By Resolution 673/2026 (Official Gazette, May 12, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the proceedings of the second stage of the National and International Multi-Stage Public Tender No. 504/2-0002-CPU25, for the sale of the shares of Compañía Inversora en Transmisión Eléctrica Citelec Sociedad Anónima (CITELEC S.A.) owned by Energía Argentina Sociedad Anónima (ENARSA), and awarded the tender to the bidder consisting of Edison Transmisión Sociedad Anónima and Genneia Sociedad Anónima, for a total amount of USD 356,174,811.78, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).
