By Decree 266/2026 (Official Gazette, April 21, 2026), the National Executive Branch formalized a delegation of authority empowering the Ministry of Economy to increase or decrease, by up to fifty percent (50%), the level of the surcharge allocated to finance the Trust Fund for Residential Gas Consumption Subsidies.
