Practice

Our Public and Administrative Law department  is formed by highly qualified professionals with vast track record and experience in providing assistance, representation and legal counseling to domestic, provincial and international businesses, regarding the most varied relationships, of a contractual, regulated or extra-contractual nature, with the Government. 

We assist public utilities, corporations engaged in public-interest activities, toll-based public works concessionaires and businesses carrying out activities subject to strict regulation. Our clients come from a host of different industries, including the transportation, telecommunications, electricity, gas and oil, natural resources, health care, infrastructure and construction and pharmaceutical sectors.
