Christian Tchaghayan is a senior associate of our Corporate Law and Capital Markets area, which he joined in January 2026. He is a corporate attorney with more than 15 years of experience providing comprehensive corporate, contractual, and compliance advice to domestic and international companies. Throughout his career, he has held legal leadership roles in the corporate sector, with responsibility for corporate, contractual, trademark, and labor law advice; legal coordination between Argentina and Brazil; and the design and implementation of compliance policies and controls.

He has led legal teams, coordinated cross-border operations between Argentina and Brazil, and actively participated in ethics and compliance committees. His institutional and strategic profile is focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency and the alignment of legal matters with corporate objectives.

Prior to joining the Firm, he developed his professional practice across various private sector organizations, gaining experience in large-scale transactions and the management of legal teams in complex corporate environments.

His prior experience includes advising leading companies on corporate, contractual and trademark matters, as well as the preparation of corporate documentation for the Argentine Companies Registry (IGJ) and participation in due diligence processes.

From the early stages of his career, he participated in mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance matters at leading international law firms.

He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), graduating in 2011.

He completed a Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law at UBA (2012) and obtained an MBA from UBA (completed in 2014). He also undertook a Master’s degree in Labor Law in 2016.
