Practice

Our Capital Market practice has proven track record in representing businesses and financial institutions. We provide advice to a wide range of participants in financial transactions, including banks, national and international government agencies, multilateral organizations and export credit entities. The foregoing enables us to understand the risks and interests of each of the parties involved.

We have assisted our clients in a large number of transactions including domestic and international financial loans, and we have the knowledge and qualifications required to take part in more complex financing schemes.

We have experience in syndicated loans, capital leases, project finance, banking agreements and the drafting of sophisticated guarantee structures.
