Through Resolution 446/2025, published in the Official Gazette on November 3, 2025, the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce under the Ministry of Economy approved a new regime applicable to the advertising of goods and services, with a special focus on online gaming and gambling advertisements.
The measure establishes requirements for clarity, legibility, and mandatory warnings, with the aim of improving communication with consumers and preventing information overload, especially for children and adolescents.
