On December 13, 2023, Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 28/2023 (the “Decree”) issued by the President of the Nation, in general agreement of ministers, was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby a new scheme for the liquidation of foreign currency from exports of goods and services was established.
