By Resolution 1818/2026 (Official Gazette, October 22, 2026), the Ministry of Economy awarded the sale of all shares held by the National Government in Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S.A. (AySA)—representing 90% of its share capital—for USD 340.2 million, excluding VAT. The contract was awarded to the bidding consortium consisting of Rowing S.A., Arcos Saneamento e Participacoes S.A., PHX AQUA AR BV, and Transclor S.A., which ranked first in the merit order of the National and International Multi-Stage Public Tender No. 504/2-0003-LPU26.
