On July 18, 2023, the Official Gazette published the General Resolution 9/2023 of the General Inspection of Justice which resolves that those pre-savings societies by circles or closed groups for the direct awarding of movable property and the awarding of sums of money for the acquisition of movable property or services and for the acquisition, enlargement or refurbishment of real estate and those capitalization societies that provide in the general conditions of their securities for the holding of draws or bids by means of drawings from a draw in a public act with the presence of a Notary Public, and the capitalization companies that foresee in the general conditions of their securities the performance of draws or bids by means of extractions from a drawer in a public act with the presence of a Notary Public, must broadcast these acts live and virtually, as it was done at the time when the prohibition to circulate due to the Covid-19 pandemic was in force, in accordance with the provisions of General Resolution 21/2020 of the same agency.
The resolution is effective as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
