On 01/25/2024 Resolution 50/2024 (hereinafter, the “Resolution”) of the Secretary of Commerce of the Ministry of Economy was published in the Official Gazette with the purpose of reassembling the regulatory guidelines of the current Unified Regulations of the Program for the Promotion of Consumption and Production of Goods and Services by virtue of the creation of the “CUOTA SIMPLE” program.
