On March 17, 2023, General Resolution 952/2023 of the Argentine National Securities Commission (“CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Argentina, which submits to the process of participative elaboration of rules to express opinions and/or proposals regarding the adoption of a regulation on guidelines for the issuance of thematic negotiable securities in Argentina.
