Through Decree 284/2026 (Official Gazette, April 28, 2026), the National Executive Branch (PEN) appointed the members of the National Competition Authority (ANC), a decentralized and autonomous agency responsible for enforcing and monitoring compliance with the Competition Protection Act No. 27,442. The appointments include the composition of the Competition Defense Tribunal (TDC), the Secretariat for the Investigation of Anti-Competitive Conduct, and the Secretariat for Economic Concentrations, all of which fall under the purview of the ANC.
