Dollars, at a fixed annual rate of 9.50%, due 2023, in exchange for its outstanding USD 4,987,000 Series XIV Notes at a fixed annual rate of 5.25%, due 2020 and USD 23,241,000 Series I EF Notes at a fixed annual rate of 9.50%, due 2020.
The Series VI Notes were issued on December 18, 2020 under the Frequent Issuer Regime established in Section VIII, Chapter V, Title II of the Rules of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores). Caja de Valores S.A. acted as exchange agent of the exchange offer.
The Series VI Notes are listed on Bolsas y Mercados Buenos Aires S.A. (BYMA) through Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and admitted for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
