Through Resolution 199/24 of the Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad (hereinafter “Resolution ENRE 199/24”) (B.O. 03/27/23), the values per category/subcategory of the Distribution Own Cost (CPD) of residential users of EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA SUR SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (EDESUR S.A.), to be applied by said company as from HOUR ZERO (00:00 h) on April 1, 2024, were approved.
