On August 2, 2023, General Resolution 969/2023 issued by the National Securities Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic with the purpose of establishing measures to reduce the volatility of financial variables and contain the impact of the fluctuations of financial flows on the real economy in Argentina.
