On October 2, 2023, General Resolution No. 978/2023 issued by the Argentine Securities Commission (“CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, whereby additional requirements to be observed by Trading Agents and Settlement and Clearing Agents in connection with the arrangement and settlement of transactions of their clients were incorporated.
