The National Directorate of Migration (DNM) issued, through Provision 34/2026 (B.O. 13/01/26), a modification to the Regime of Payment Facilities for Fines for violations of articles 55 and 59 of Law 25,871, insofar as they establish that no person, public or private, may provide work or paid employment, with or without an employment relationship, to foreigners residing irregularly, as well as prohibiting the provision of paid accommodation to foreigners residing irregularly in the country, originally approved by Provision DNM 2201/2010, with the aim of adjusting the minimum amounts of the installments and updating the applicable interest rates.
