Through Resolution 638/2026 (Official Gazette, June 5, 2026), the Ministry of Health approved measures aimed at using digital mechanisms for the validation and recording of outpatient medication dispensing at pharmacies, including the recognition of digital tokens or equivalent mechanisms as valid methods for patient identification.
