Through Resolution 130/2026 (Official Gazette, June 9, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy established that Hidroeléctrica Futaleufú S.A. will continue to operate the Futaleufú Hydroelectric Complex, subject to the submission of a letter of commitment, in order to ensure the continuity of electricity generation and preserve the reliability of the Argentine Interconnection System (SADI).
