The General Inspectorate of Justice amended the notification system, incorporating an electronic notification scheme for individual decisions issued by the Inspector General and updating the remaining forms of notification provided for in Title V of Annex A of IGJ General Resolution No. 15/2024.
The IGJ issued General Resolution No. 10/2026, published on July 13, 2026, in the Official Gazette, which repeals Articles 17 and 18 and replaces Articles 12 through 16 of Annex A of IGJ General Resolution No. 15/2024, thereby comprehensively reforming the Agency’s notification system.
