Through Resolution 126/2026 (Official Gazette, June 3, 2026), the Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy amended the regulations governing the determination of the price of undiluted propane supplied through distribution networks, which must be included in the rate schedules for localities supplied via this method. Specifically, the regulation replaced Article 8 of Resolution 41/2024 and increased from 40% to 60% the percentage of the reference price that the National Gas Regulatory Agency (ENARGAS) must consider when incorporating that value into the rates.
