Through Resolution 825/2026 (Official Gazette, June 5, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the application for participation in the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the investment plan submitted by Minera Exar Sucursal Dedicada (“EXARSD”), in its capacity as a Single-Project Vehicle (VPU), regarding the project known as “Cauchari Olaroz Expansion” (the “Project” or the “Expansion Project”), classified under the “Mining” sector, subsector “First-class minerals under the National Mining Code (potassium and lithium).”
