Through Provision 2819/2026 (Official Gazette, May 14, 2026), the National Administration of Medicines, Food, and Medical Technology (ANMAT) incorporated GMC Resolution No. 26/25 into the national legal system, which approves the “MERCOSUR Technical Regulation on Common Documents Required for the Import and Export of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances,” and repealed ANMAT Provisions Nos. 2308/02, 2336/02, and 3475/05, through which previous MERCOSUR regulations on the matter had been incorporated.
