By Resolution 801/2026 (Official Gazette, May 28, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the application for participation in the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the investment plan submitted by Minera San Jorge S.A. (MSJSA), in its capacity as a Single Project Vehicle (VPU), regarding the project known as “PSJ Cobre Mendocino,” located in the district of Uspallata, Las Heras department, Province of Mendoza.
