Following the publication of the draft bill in Official Gazette No. 1124 and the various non-binding opinions and recommendations, the regulatory framework for open-end mutual funds (“ETFs”) was finally established, introducing one of the most widely used investment tools internationally to the Argentine market and expanding the options available to investors.
