Through Resolution 704/2026 (Official Gazette, May 15, 2026), the Ministry of Economy announced a National and International Public Tender, in a multi-stage format, for the sale and transfer to a Strategic Operator of 90% of the shares of Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos Sociedad Anónima (“AySA”), currently owned by the National Government. Likewise, the Single Set of Terms and Conditions (“PBC”) governing the tender was approved.
