On April 30, 2026, the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) issued General Resolution No. 1133, thereby initiating the “Participatory Rulemaking” procedure regarding the draft resolution proposing the establishment of a regime for public offerings of financial trusts with automatic authorization. The initiative aims to expand and refine existing automatic authorization regimes, with the goal of facilitating access to the capital markets, reducing issuance costs and timelines, and adapting regulations to current market dynamics.
