The National Executive Branch issued Decree No. 315/2026, published in the Official Gazette on May 4, 2026, which establishes regulations for the Labor Formalization Incentive Program (RIFL) provided for in Title XX of Law No. 27,802.
The decree establishes that employment relationships that begin and are registered between May 1, 2026, and April 30, 2027, inclusive, may be included in the program. It also provides that employers who have acquired such status as of December 10, 2025 (“new employers”) may apply the benefit to up to EIGHTY PERCENT (80%) of their workforce, in accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of Law No. 27,802.
