The Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade issued Provision No. 1/2026, which establishes the procedure applicable to the issuance by exporters of the Declaration of Origin for exports from Argentina to the European Union, within the framework of the Interim Trade Agreement between the EUROPEAN UNION and MERCOSUR, approved by Law No. 27,800.
