By means of Decree 238/2026 (Official Gazette, April 13, 2026), the National Executive Power delegated to the Undersecretariat of Water Resources, dependent on the Secretariat of Public Works of the Ministry of Economy, the powers and obligations set forth in Law No. 13,064 for the execution of public works related to the hydroelectric development project on the Santa Cruz River, part of the National Hydroelectric Works Program, and ordered that these projects resume their original names, “Cóndor Cliff” and “La Barrancosa.”
