The implementation of a digital complaints, claims, and suggestions book for passenger rail services is authorized.

Through Resolution 1719/2025, published in the Official Gazette on November 3, 2025, the Ministry of Economy (hereinafter “MECON”) authorized the implementation of the “Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions Book” in digital and/or telephone format for passenger rail services under national jurisdiction.
