By Resolution No. 22/2026 (Official Gazette, January 29, 2026), the National Electricity Regulatory Authority (ENRE) approved the replacement of the rate schedules and rates applicable to users of the electricity distribution service provided by Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte Sociedad Anónima (EDENOR S.A.), as part of the implementation of the Targeted Energy Subsidies (SEF) regime established by Decree No. 943/2025. The measure aims to align electricity rates with the new subsidy segmentation criteria and current wholesale energy prices, establishing the rate values that the distributor must apply as of January 16, 2026.
