By means of Summary Resolution 79/2026 (RESOL-2026-79-APN-ENRE#MEC), issued on February 18, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette on February 20, 2026 (Minutes No. 2030), the NATIONAL ELECTRICITY REGULATORY AUTHORITY (ENRE) ordered the publication of: (i) the request for Access to Existing Transmission Capacity for a demand of 260 MW to supply the Josemaría (Phase 1) and Filo del Sol mining complexes; and (ii) the application for Expansion of the Transmission System submitted by TRANSENER S.A., at the request of VICUÑA ARGENTINA S.A., for the purpose of granting the Certificate of Convenience and Public Necessity (CCyNP) for a set of expansion works.
