The Secretariat of Energy, through Resolution 5/2026 (B.O. 01/01/26), that the items corresponding to the energy generated and the available power of the Yacyretá Hydroelectric Power Plant (CHY) continue to be recognized and billed at a value of USD 28 per megawatt hour (MWh) during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2026, within the scope of the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM).
