The Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy issued Resolution 13/2026 (Official Gazette 01/16/26), which implements key aspects of the Targeted Energy Subsidies (SEF) regime created by Decree 943/2025, unifying and reorganizing national subsidies for electricity, piped natural gas, piped undiluted propane gas, and bottled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
