The Energy Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy issued Resolution 36/2026, thereby extending the deadline and adjusting the mechanisms for compliance with the amendments introduced by Resolution 606/2025 to the “Plan for Reinsurance and Enhancement of Federal Hydrocarbon Production, Domestic Self-Sufficiency, Exports, Import Substitution, and the Expansion of the Transportation System for All Hydrocarbon Basins in the Country 2023-2028” (Plan Gas.Ar), approved by Decree 892/2020 and its amendments.
