Resolution 6/2026 of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation (Official Gazette 01/15/26) approved the application for membership in the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the investment plan presented by MINAS ARGENTINAS SA BRANCH DEDICATED TO RIGI I-NUEVO GUALCAMAYO (“MASA-SD”), owner of the Single Project Vehicle, for the Single Project called “Deep Carbonates (DCP)”, to be developed in the province of San Juan.
