By Joint General Resolution 5849/2026, published in the Official Gazette on May 19, 2026, the Secretariat of Energy, the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, and the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) approved the requirements and operating conditions for accessing the Incentive Regime for Medium-Sized Investments (“RIMI”).
