By means of General Resolution CNV 1073/2025, dated 07/02/2025, and published in the Official Gazette on 07/03/2025, the National Securities Commission modified the information regime in force for the issuance of marketable securities, in the form of a change in the instrument through which this duty is materialized, allowing issuers to choose not to update the Prospectus in certain circumstances, provided that they provide all relevant information through the corresponding Supplement and keep their financial information updated through the Financial Information Highway.
