The National Ports and Navigation Agency (ANPYN) decided, through Resolution 66/2025, to conclude the preliminary stage of observations on the draft Technical Specifications and Special Conditions, and to approve the Final Report corresponding to the preparatory process for the national and international public tender for the concession of the Trunk Waterway (VNT).
