Resolution 65/2026 (ANAC) (Official Gazette 01/27/2026) approved the new edition of Part 61 “Pilot Licenses and Ratings” of the RAAC, incorporated as an integral annex to the measure.
The regulation is issued within the framework of the Aeronautical Code, DNU 239/2007, and Decree 1770/2007, and is based on the need to incorporate improvements and updates, taking into account contributions from the aeronautical sector, with the aim of maintaining operational safety standards in line with international regulations.
