By Resolution 431/2026 (Official Gazette, April 6, 2026), the Ministry of Economy approved the application for participation in the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) and the investment plan for the single project titled “Phase 1B Expansion,” submitted by Minera del Altiplano S.A. Dedicated Branch (MDASD), in the mining sector, potassium and lithium subsector.
