Through Resolution 1553/2025 (B.O. 10/14/2025) of the Ministry of Economy, the application for adherence to the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) of a mining project and its investment plan, presented by the company ANDES CORPORACIÓN MINERA SA (ACM SA) as the owner of the Single Project called “Los Azules Project,” whose purpose is to complete the development (feasibility, permits) and construction of a mine, plant, and associated infrastructure to extract and process copper cathodes, to be developed in the province of San Juan.
