On March 20, 2026, Resolution 75/2026 of the National Institute of Industrial Property (I.N.P.I.) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. With the aim of optimizing the adjustment of fee amounts, the resolution establishes the Industrial Property Fee Measurement Unit (UMAPI), in which each fee will be expressed, and which will become operational as of May 1, 2026.
