By means of Decree 900/2025, published in the Official Gazette on December 19, 2025, the National Executive Branch approved the Model Loan Agreement to be entered into between the Argentine Republic and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), for an amount of up to USD 300,000,000, intended for additional financing of the Project “Support for the Transition to Sustainable Electricity and Gas Sectors in Argentina,” subject to the Project being approved by the IBRD Executive Board.
