On June 2, 2023, General Resolution 963/2023 issued by the National Securities Commission was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic providing for the update of the conceptual framework for sustainable financial instruments containing the “Guidelines for the Issuance of Social, Green and Sustainable Marketable Securities in Argentina”.
