Through Decree No. 934/2025 (Official Gazette 2/1/26), the National Executive Branch established new guidelines and restrictions on the appointment and hiring of personnel in the Jurisdictions and Entities of the National Public Sector, with the aim of ensuring efficient and responsible use of the national budget during the 2026 fiscal year.
